1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery from the date you receive the products.
- To be eligible for a return, the fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Custom-cut or personalized fabrics cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective fabric, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the defect or damage for verification.
- We will offer a replacement of the same fabric or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or wrongly shipped.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for items of the same value and subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for exchanges.
5. Return Process

- Our team will provide instructions for returning the item safely.
6. Important Notes
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted for fabrics that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the fabric does not meet the above conditions.
